My peellet stove stopped working so I asked Ms. Google for pellet stove repairers in the Vancouver area and one of the choices she gave me was your Morton’s website. When i had a chance during the work day, I called you and a very friendly lady answered the phone. Once we determined that I needed more specific information regarding my stove, we attempted to come up with a mutually satisfactory time/day when a  repair person could come to examine my stove. When we realized that we could not do that (due to my work schedule), the lady recommended someone who knows and repairs stoves and works when I am able to be home.
